Conditions: Conditions for the membership of S.D.V. Chassé, as signed by you when you agree to become a member.
- Contribution will be withdrawn from your bank account automatically. Outstanding debts will be withdrawn during the academic year on dates to be determined. To activate the automatic withdrawal of the contribution the member will fill in the included authorisation form.
- The member will buy a UnionCard or CampusCard before October 1st of the current year, in case he or she becomes a member before October 1st of the current year. If the member becomes a member after October 1st, he or she will buy a UnionCard or CampusCard within 1 month after the abovementioned registration date.
- If the member does not comly with condition 1 or 2 the board of S.D.V. Chassé will be forced to interfere. S.D.V. Chassé has the right to recover all costs deriving from this from the member.
- A member stays member until a certain moment when he or she has received a confirmation from the board of S.D.V. Chassé of being resigned as a member. The obligation to exert yourself for the association (see 8) keeps existing till August 31st of the academic year a member subscribed. This is to prevent members from resigning because of this obligation, which would harm the association.
- In case a member does not officially resign before 4 weeks of the start of the new season, he or she will automatically stay a member for the subsequent half year.
- A member agrees with the statutes and internal rules and regulations, which you can request to see at the board of S.D.V. Chassé.
- If a member can’t dance or come to lessons temporarily, because of injuries or other reasons, or wants to stop coming to the lessons prematurely, he or she needs to tell the board of S.D.V. Chassé as soon as possible.
- A member of S.D.V. Chassé is obligated to exert himself or herself for the association for at least 3 hours a year. These 3 hours may be arranged among the members. If a member can’t or doesn’t want to exert himself or herself for the association these 3 hours can be traded for €35,-. This applies to members who are member for half a year as well.
- Dancing at S.D.V. Chassé is completely at your own risk.
